Dr. Megan McGuire is an interventional pain specialist with expertise in comprehensive, patient-centered musculoskeletal and spine care.

Dr. McGuire develops highly individualized treatment plans guided by advanced diagnostic imaging, laboratory analysis, and detailed biomechanical evaluation. Her philosophy focuses not only on relieving pain, but also on restoring function, preventing future injury, and optimizing long-term performance through sustainable healing and biomechanical integrity.

Her practice combines advanced interventional pain procedures with cutting-edge minimally invasive spine techniques and regenerative medicine therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC).

Originally from Ohio, Dr. McGuire completed all of her medical training in South Florida and is proud to serve the community she now calls home.
